Pawprints Animal Rescue Foundation is a non profit, registered charity organization that works to positively and directly impact the lives of many tame, feral, and wild animals in British Columbia through our programs. We care for the needs of neglected stray cats, kittens, and feral cat colonies that exist in communities throughout the province.
We're often called upon to offer assistance and support in communities that do not have veterinary hospitals, or animal rescue groups. Pawprints Animal Rescue humanely traps homeless cats, and kittens and transports them to veterinary hospitals that we've partnered with in those areas.
We work closely with our partners and Veterinary staff to achieve a healthy status for the cats, and also arrange for spaying or neutering. Each animal we help to rescue, spay, neuter and vaccinate reduces the potential exposure of that cat to a life of disease and slow starvation, and helps directly reduce the cycle of pet overpopulation.
